You’ll join us at one of our two locations – our headquarters in Weiden or our office in Regensburg. After your onboarding, you will also have the option to work remotely. You can look forward to a small, dynamic sales team of two colleagues and the management, working closely together and supporting each other. We use modern tools such as Pipedrive, Meistertask, MS Teams & more, and maintain a digital, structured way of working. Your onboarding will be provided by experienced colleagues – hybrid, structured, and tailored to your background.
You’ll carry out targeted sales activities – by phone, e-mail, as well as via LinkedIn and other channels. You proactively reach out to potential customers and establish initial contacts.
You process leads from webinars, presentations, and trade fairs and develop them further through structured follow-up. You will also handle telephone outreach to reactivate existing customers as well as follow-up on open offers.
You carry out needs analyses and work closely with management and the sales back office – including scheduling follow-up meetings or presentations.
You document your conversations carefully, maintain follow-up reminders in the CRM, and actively contribute to special campaigns to create new sales momentum.
You accompany our trade fair team – for example at the SPS Trade Fair in Nuremberg – and assist in supporting prospects on site. Customer appointments outside these events are handled only in exceptional cases.
Your profile combines technical understanding and commercial knowledge, proven through a degree or vocational training – for example in business informatics, automation, IT, or electrical engineering.
You have initial sales experience, ideally also in cold calling, and approach a wide range of contacts confidently and communicatively. Your professional behaviour and ability to communicate at eye level set you apart.
You work in a goal-oriented and customer-focused manner and are not afraid of direct conversations on the phone. Your commercial skills and confident use of digital tools complete your profile.
Excellent German and English skills, both spoken and written, are a requirement for this position.
You’ll receive a permanent employment contract with a fixed salary – plus holiday and Christmas bonuses. 30 days of vacation, flexible working hours (working time frame 6 a.m.–8 p.m., core hours 9 a.m.–3 p.m.), and modern equipment with an annual allowance for remote work.
A young, family-like team, flexible work arrangements, structured onboarding, and open, respectful communication ensure a motivating atmosphere.
You can grow your career in sales – up to customer consulting. Every year, we assess your training needs together and support you with suitable further education.
Work in Regensburg or Weiden – remote work possible upon agreement. This way, you remain flexible and can organize your working day independently.
